Michele Calgaro	e18728a16f	Disabled libical tests if libical version is less than 1.0. On old libical versions, DST change date is wrong and this would fail some of the tests. This is not a bug in TDE but in old libical libraries. Starting from libical 1.0, the bug seems to have been fixed.
