Alexander Golubev	d32b076ae6	tderandr: workaround for tde/75 Some videocards' drivers (most notably propryetary nvidia) report incorrect screen refresh rate via XRRRates(). Use XRRGetScreenResources() + some math borrowed from xrandr instead.
