Misc: xr-glx-hybrid alias & minor fixes

- Add "xr-glx-hybrid" as an alias of "xr_glx_hybrid". (#163)

- Clear damage history in expose_root() and when root window size
  changes. Unfortunately this doesn't fix #181.
