<para>&kommander; ist ein Werkzeuge, das die Entwicklung dynamischer &GUI;-Dialoge , die, abhängig von ihrem Status, Textstücke generieren, ermöglicht. Diese Textstücke können eine Befehlszeile für ein Programm, jede Art von Quelltext, Geschäftsdokumente, die eine Menge wiederkehrenden oder vorgefertigten Text enthalten &etc; sein. Der als Ergebnis generierte Text kann als Konsolenprogramm ausgeführt (davon kommt der Name <quote>&kommander;</quote>), in eine Datei geschrieben, an ein Skript zur Weiterverarbeitung übergeben oder sonst in buchstäblich jeder vorstellbaren Art verwendet werden.
