What it is
----------

This is an administrative directory. Basically it contains the compile
infrastructure and some helper scripts for CVS administration. Because the
latter are purely internal, I won't elaborate on them.

admin directory
---------------

The admin directory contains the infrastructure needed to compile KDE
programs. Usually, people checkout a KDE program and kde-common. Then they
make a symlink from kde-common/admin to kdeprogram/admin. This is necessary to
make the "make -f Makefile.cvs" command work.
