Add basic cmake build instructions. Delete empty file NEWS, TODO and ChangeLog. Delete empty folder "templates". Add detection for the XTest library. kvkbd - A virtual keyboard for TDE. Kvkbd is a nice virtual keyboard. It contains a systray widget as well as a dockwidget. The keyboard is resizable, provided with a numeric/cursor pad.
